LEAH OTHERWORLD ¡¡REVIEW!!

LEAH -OTHERWORLD
Review

By Darkzen

This piece of metal Celtic-5 Songs of the Canadian singer LEAH take us from the stormy shores of a wild old era landscapes of fantasy and imagination to the battlefield of love, faith, passion and loss. With voices of Cinematic underworld characters brought a great metal singer Eric Peterson (Testament / Dragonlord) "Another World" is where the ethereal and mystical with brutal clash

Here my review passed by step

Shores of your life

Natural, environmental and atmospheric entry with really very emotional piano, conveys the feeling of moving to the medieval world with the captivating voice of Leah, the tessitura is white and has passive, excellent voice gateway that Bell has a voice that is without a doubt brilliant and creative, showing early on in the piano-laden notes and Celtic sounds great.

The Northern Edge

Celtic sounds and a guitar with a moderately strong input and mesmerizing voice of Leah, keeping pace, slightly increased speed and less passivity, the tessitura of his voice changed slightly, background sounds keeping the atmosphere at the piano, essential .

Surrounded

Magnificent entrance with Celtic background sounds, voice and slow, media rate, conveys emotion and stories of that time traced to the mythology vintage guitars and stronger measured battery, this is where we hear the skill and the evolution of Leah's voice on this track louder sounds.

Do not Stand at my Grave and weep

Check with the variant Leah's beautiful voice, reminiscent of chants invoking the old gods, Celtic background with those drums that make us remember our nature Eterea passive voice with the same rhythm and speed, dry finish and mysterious whispered his own style, lyric is presented in this track, the narrative of the song, notes longer

Dreamland

Very ethereal sound with sound clock tic tac curious, early Leah's voice refers to a devastating combination of strength and guttural voice is good! It gives more emphasis and atmosphere to the song harder, Track suits and white passive voice tessitura with strong, dark voice, in fact that is the combination of light and darkness, the voice style Black Metal, the final adorns the singing voice of our author with a fleeting sigh and that clock marking the end, this is the song that breaks the atmosphere of the album but that subtlety and harmony of voices makes good heavy track.

With this Eric Peterson (Testament, Dragonlord)

My opinion about the whole EP, the songs have a standard time, "Shores of Your Lies" takes a minute to start the melody of the song, the song has something similar Surrounded on all songs very similar sounds are repeated, except the last course, that is heavier and harder, the whole disc is continuous and can start to become a bit monotonous, so a little voice sounds like the voice capacity of Leah is good and it shows.

The cover art is gorgeous! Displaying a look as such, with natural background based on the celtic culture and showing a strong and determined Leah wielding a sword.

My rating 8.9/10

¡Congratulations to our friend Leah! ¡We hope the next hit!
