Greetings! my friends here is my review of a
controversial álbum, well structured and full of history!

Before The Beautiful
This is the classic entry in the band, a classical
dynamics with remarkable power, style to which we are accustomed also begins
with the voice of Richard Dawkins and then a powerful orchestral entrance, and
forceful combining traditional style band with a scientific twist based on the
mystery and majesty of the origin of life. One of the most interesting elements
of the piece is the "rally" between the keyboard and guitar on his

orchestral arrangements and chorus give an exciting entrance, in regarding

Fantasy
A fascinating entry! Atmospheric and metaphorical,
guitars give super masterstroke, a song with the body, the pace is great and
Floor voice soft and a bit aggressive but without losing energy, in chorus with
the voice of great Marco! It is a very original song mystic suspense!
Elan
A very emblematic song
which caused much controversy about the kind of style that would have the
album, has a well structured folk, soft compas and relaxed pace, beautiful
voice, soft Floor and white and clear frame of mind! One thing I must say is
that it has outstanding orchestrations. However, you have a feeling that loads
this piece, in which we can hear Troy doing its job in the flutes and bagpipes.
The acoustic combo adds style to one end.
Yours Is An Empty Hope
Strong entry, with much
power! The combination of voices like me, Floor and choirs, something that
strikes me is that with a little note to rise Floor voice does not lose harmony
and consistency, ¿did you notice that? In fact reminds us of the old Nightwish
Planet Hell as a musical contrast between darkness and Tuomas piano are the features
to highlight this one. It has a body very atmospheric song although the ending
is very abrupt.
Our Decades In The Sun
Excellent very sublime
entrance with a background sound very epic, Floor voice manifests hard and
complete, but without losing the softness to the beat of the song, I would say
a little ballad full of mystical and sublime folk, arrived at which it could be
the most emotional piece. It is a tribute to the parents of six members, which
was the most difficult to perform song, The conjunction between voice full of
feelings Floor, choir and various items such as the harp, flutes and subtle
arrangements violin make this a very emotional piece.
My Walden
Another song with an
atmospheric entry, full of folk! Although the track is no longer slow voice in
music, a very quiet song with acoustic sounds with a remarkable folk, Troy
shines with his bagpipes, giving a Celtic touch and letting us hear your voice
combined with Marco, the final did not convince a lot.
Endless Forms Most Beautiful
Interesting, mysterious
entrance, again feel the power! This song is a continuation of the first two
songs on the album, so I see on that characteristic speed and flashy style! A
heavy and the beautiful voice of Floor track without losing energy keeping pace
further by Richard Dawkins's book The Ancestor's Tale, where all species
continue their way to the origin of life. This is perhaps one of the best
crafted songs of the album.
Edema Ruh
A quiet entrance, reminds
me of the old Nightwish, very slowly sound and engages in time to the voice
Floor, although I notice that the voice excels not maintained in the range of
musical note, we heard sounds of remarkable folk.
Alpenglow
An interesting song with
a faster input, and fuller, voiced no problem we can hear how changes according
to the speed and range of musical track and actually softer note, and one of
the definitive songs band, notice the combined sounds, as it moves the track
becomes a little slower.
Eyes Of Sharbat Gula
A mysterious and mystical
entrance with an atmosphere of something dramatic piano and so on around the
track, totally acoustic folk full of fantasy! And something very striking is
inspired by the eyes of Afghan women on the cover of the June 1985 edition of
National Geographic, the chorus of young voices give a touch of celestial
motion contemplated the coming of a god!
The Greatest Show on Earth
It is the longest end I
have heard, has a sublime input pianos and cellos background that gives a
somewhat mysterious prelude, thunder and nature in action are nice symphonic

My Recommendation;
Musical Creativity and Technic
It's an album, new and
different from other previous albums of the band, if a very different change to
what had become accustomed Nightwish, which leaves a little sample in this
album with some songs which is the style you note classic band, musical
structure there is not enough technical problem and production with symphonic,
orchestral strings and choirs made good times and pauses between voice and
perfect sound.
Instrumental and
Orchestral versions are another very traditional point in the extended version
of the album, we see how the songs are coupled from a Classic view and many
fans will love.
Endless Most Beautiful
Form is the eighth album and the first album of the band with Floor Jansen and
drummer Kai Hahto (Wintersun and Swallow the Sun) which is also to say.
The album was primarily
inspired by the work of naturalist Charles Darwin. The composer of Nightwish,
Tuomas Holopainen, the album found its main inspiration from a famous quote
from a 1859 book entitled On the Origin of Species. This quote includes the
quote ("endless beautiful forms") used to describe the evolution from
a common ancestor of all living organisms, it seems very good at this point the
idea about a book that caused controversy and even today day is questioned.
Definitely not a bad
album, if not different and more complex with a unique style and a more solid
base, fantastic stories, musical quality, epic arrangements, emotional moments
and feelings demonstrated also not imitate or follow the same formula as Tarja
or Anette, this is a new group, with all the elements that has developed today.
The Good
It has a large production
and musical technique which may themselves be hard to beat.
The Bad
The voice of the great
Floor shows the great vocal technique she have, but if there is a small but not
exploited as we have heard in the past and is valid given the theme of this
album focused, another curious point, the how it is structured album reminds me
of other super albums a year ago, and nearby is the Epica The Quantum Enigma and
Xandria Sacrificium, so elaborate that this musically and orchestrations, plus
the instrumental versions, ¿Why what wrong? Not bad, but see the number of
views that genre and I think this is an explanation.

The vocal range of Floor
Jansen corresponds to a lyric soprano, His singing covers a style that goes
from pop, rock, blues, bel canto, throaty, Classic, In the second album ReVamp
all guttural, except theme Misery's No Crime, were made by Jansen own, excellent
skills in voice! We can always remember in After Forever and the song '' Mea
Culpa '' as an example, from the serious and clear, through a tender voice, to
his operatic limits in this álbum.
