Female fronted Neverstar, described as Evanescence meets Godsmack, will release their new single "Lose Control" on Monday 22 October. The single will consist of two songs, which marks an evolution in the band's musical direction.
Originally inspired by big names such as Nightwish and In Flames, Neverstar has spent a lot of time to break the mould, ensuring they have something unique to offer.
Front women Vega Sims commented, "Our new material offers some serious punch mixed with my opinionated and emotional lyrics. It all just feels more authentic and true to who we are and where we come from."
An extended version of Lose Control will be included in the band's debut album, which is expected to hit the streets during the spring of 2013.
This single follows the successful seven track demo EP 'When Dreams Come True'. When Dreams Come True was released in 2011 and helped the band gain a pretty decent 5000 strong Facebook following.
Lose Control will be available from all major digital music platforms and the band's website www.neverstar.com.
