Mathias Röderer has left ATROCITY and LEAVES' EYES

Guitarist Mathias Röderer has left ATROCITY and LEAVES' EYES (featuring ex-THEATRE OF TRAGEDY singer Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull and members of ATROCITY) for "family reasons." ATROCITY says in a statement, "Matze has been a part of ATROCITY from the beginning and did music with the band for more than 20 years. Both bands wish him the best for his future!"

Röderer's replacement in ATROCITY and LEAVES' EYES is Sander van der Meer (photo) from Dutch death metallers CYPHER.
